HireMatch is a project which aims at reorganization, democratization and improvement of the job marketplace at the same time reducing the costs of finding, interviewing and acquiring stuff while increasing employee quality. You can help other participants to find a job or assist companies to find the decent employee and get paid for it. The project uses smart contracts so every agent who helped a company to select the appropriate applicant will get his/her bonus in the form of tokens called "HIRE".
