Project name: ARToken
What’s it about: Decentralized AR/VR ecosystem for 3D content exchange
Crowdsale period: 25/10/2017 – 22/11/2017
Project target: 7 000 000 000 ART available at crowdsale, the project is planning to raise 30$ million at the first stage of the ICO
About the project:
The ARtoken ICO will be launched by Cappasity – a platform founded in 2013 for 3D, AR and VR content creation. Cappasity is known to be one of Intel’s official partners since 2014. The company developed a 3D scanning software for Intel® RealSense™ 3D cameras. Cappasity has raised over $1.8M from angel investors since 2014.
Now Cappasity is launching ARtoken – a blockchain-based infrastructure for creation, renting and selling 3D content. So holders of the tokens will use the already existing Cappasity platform in order to exchange content with AR tokens. Cappasity has all the tools and apps needed to make 3D, AR and VR content easy to create and scalable. The blockchain technology will ensure decentralized and trustless copyright storage.
The tokens will be used for paying subscriptions, 3D content purchases, 3D content rentals for commercial purposes. Content distributors will earn tokens for uploading unique 3D content, verification and moderation of the content.
Features of the project:
- The project has been developing for years and the team is very professional. The platform will boost the AR and VR industry development and make content creation easy and available. Even kids can work in 3d and VR with Cappasity! The project will give way to smaller companies and individuals in the area.
- The most active content creators and contributors will be rewarded.
- 70% of the total supply of AR Tokens will be available for purchase. It is an EOS blockchain.
- Developers will be free to build their own apps based on the platform, creating a unique ecosystem.
